We missed out on breakfast information and encountered cleanliness issues upon arrival. Despite a convenient location near skiing at Spirit Mountain, the lack of proper housekeeping and service left much to be desired. the hot tub was murky, and staff availability was scarce. The hotel, known for its peaceful atmosphere and recreational facilities like a hot tub and fitness center, offered a subpar experience. the complimentary wireless internet access and indoor pool were overshadowed by the poor maintenance and service quality. the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness made our stay less enjoyable than anticipated. With a great selection of nearby restaurants like Canal Park Brewery and Blackwoods, the potential for a memorable culinary experience was present. However, the hotel fell short in delivering the expected level of service and comfort.
